ESE Consultants, Inc (ESE) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Toll Brothers, Inc. (TBI). ESE supports TBI’s residential, commercial, apartment and city living teams with in-house surveying, planning, engineering and environmental consulting services from 19 offices covering New England to Seattle, Washington.
ESE Consultants, a Toll Brothers company, seeks a Survey Coordinator for our operations in the Clinton, New Jersey area. Working from our Freehold, New Jersey office is optional.
The Survey Coordinator will assist with scheduling field crews, survey calculations, site construction stakeout calculations, preparation of CAD record plans, easement plats, exhibits, deed plotting, and the preparation of legal descriptions and plot plans.

Proficiency in AutoCAD is required, with experience in Civil3D or Carlson Software a plus. Familiarity with residential subdivision layout and plot plans.
PLS license is optional.
