ESE supports TBI’s residential, commercial, apartment and city living teams with in-house surveying, planning, engineering and environmental consulting services from 19 offices covering New England to Seattle, Washington.
ESE Consultants, a Toll Brothers company, seeks a Survey Coordinator/Survey Technician for our operations in the Englewood, Colorado area.
The Survey Coordinator will assist with survey calculations, site construction stakeout calculations, plot plans, lot as-builts, and site dedication plans.
We are a full-service land surveying and engineering company that conducts site improvement stakeouts, boundary surveys, topographic surveys, and ALTA/ACSM surveys for residential and mixed-use developments.

Qualifications
- Familiarity with residential subdivision layout form/finals and plot plans
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is required, with experience in Civil3D or Carlson Software a plus
- Ability to operate periodically as a field surveyor utilizing GPS or Robotic equipment. Experience with Leica equipment is a plus.
- Licensed in the state of Colorado is preferred.
The salary for this position is $36.05-$43.27 per hour.
