Toll Brothers, America's Leading Luxury Home Builder, is seeking a Senior Purchasing Coordinator for our Corporate office in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania.


What is the opportunity?


Toll Brothers is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to support our Indirect, National Purchasing Department.  This position will provide support and oversight for vendor research, vendor management, RFP creation, national account billing, order placement and inventory control for equipment and fleet vehicles.  The successful candidate will be organized, multi-task well and meet critical deadlines.  This person will have a strong office management background, be computer proficient especially working with excel spreadsheets and have some level of accounts payable experience.  The right candidate will be able to work well with internal stakeholders, cross-functional team members and suppliers while building strong vendor relations and supporting strategic goals and initiatives.


What are the primary responsibilities?

  • Assist in supporting all aspects of sourcing activities within the department
  • Maintain instructional materials and internal/ vendor web sites supporting our national programs
  • Place office equipment orders and help set up new community accounts
  • Track, monitory and maintain office equipment inventory
  • Assist with the fleet vehicle management (maintenance, fuel, registration & titles, tolls, etc.)
  • Receive, reconcile, and process national account billing
  • Assist VP of Purchasing with any special projects and reports

Does this describe you?

  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years office management or purchasing experience
  • Organized with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency with Excel, Word, and aptitude to quickly learn vendor software applications
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills


  • 2-Year Associates Degree
  • Minimum of 3 to 5-year experience as an office manager or in a purchasing role
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
