Toll Brothers, America’s leading luxury home builder, seeks a Senior Land Entitlement Manager to manage the land entitlement and permitting processes for our developments in our Portland division.  This position will be based at our office located in Lake Oswego, Oregon.

Qualifications

We seek highly motivated professionals with:

  • A four-year degree in Land/Urban Planning, Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field, or a Juris Doctor (JD) in Real Estate.
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience managing complex project entitlement and permitting.
  • Experience interacting with regulatory agencies, driving and influencing the public decision-making process.
  • Project Management skills to take projects from the feasibility stage through entitlement and engineering approvals.
  • Experience working with land acquisition on pre-offer analysis.
