TBI Mortgage Company, a subsidiary of Toll Brothers, seeks a Senior Compliance Coordinator to join our team in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania.
In this role, you will be responsible for performing periodic loan audits as well as monitoring business activity to ensure the company's compliance with secondary market guidelines and regulatory requirements.
Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Prepare and distribute audit findings to management
- Assist in maintaining company licensing as needed
- Compile information for review by supervisory agencies
- Coordinate updates to policies and procedures
- Monitor loan disclosures to ensure compliance with federal/state laws

Expected professional skills and experience:
- Focused and detailed-oriented
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Previous mortgage auditing experience required
- Understanding of RESPA, TILA, TRID, ECOA and HMDA regulations preferred
- Experience with the Encompass loan origination system preferred, but not required
