Toll Brothers, America's Leading Luxury Home Builder, seeks a Purchasing Estimator at our Corporate office in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania.
What is the opportunity?
The Purchasing Estimator position is responsible for establishing unitized material takeoffs to support Division personnel with the bid process. This role will manage the coordination of incoming Estimating requests made by the Divisions, be accountable for schedule adherence, and provide clear direction on how material quantities were determined.
What are the role’s key responsibilities?
- Establish accurate material quantities based on Plan specific needs requested by Divisions
- Complete Estimating work in accordance with the Division contracting schedules
- Collaborate with Division Purchasing and Production teams
- Work with Architects and Trade Partners to understand and develop Trade specific assemblies
- Support the Estimating department with company initiatives designed to reduces costs and improve the accuracy of material usage

- Essential:
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings
- Construction estimating experience
- Experience communicating with others about technical aspects of construction
- Proficient in the Microsoft suite of applications
- Preferred:
- Plan Swift takeoff and estimating experience
- Residential construction background
- Enterprise1 experience
