ESE Consultants, a Toll Brothers company, seeks a Landscape Architect for our team in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania.
What is the opportunity?
Become a key member of a team that oversees the design and implementation of landscape architecture elements for world class amenities, open spaces, pocket parks and other ancillary features for new, luxury home communities.
What are the primary responsibilities?
- Development of conceptual and schematic designs, construction drawings & 3D renderings for new community features.
- Assist with the preparation of landscape and lighting plan submissions for new residential communities.
- Assist with the preparation of construction documents for clubhouse and amenity centers.
- Assist with the preparation of construction documents for new community entrance features.
- Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Communicate clearly, effectively and in a timely manner with managers, clients, and other key project stakeholders.
- Collaboration across multiple disciplines including civil engineers, surveyors, architects, and land development teams.
- Research, understand and comply with local, state, and federal codes including ADA accessibility requirements.

Qualifications
Does this describe you?
- Passion for design and creation of functional outdoor living spaces
- Understanding of current design trends and hardscaping elements
- Strong understanding of site grading and drainage
- Exceptional knowledge of plant material
- Elite problem solving ability
- Exceptional time management and multi-tasking abilities.
- Strong communication skills.
- Software and Graphic Skills:
- Must be proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D or similar software
- Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop
- Hand drafting and drawing skills preferred
- Proficiency with 3D modeling and rendering software is a plus
Do you have these qualifications?
- At least 3 years’ experience in the Landscape Architecture field.
- Strong knowledge of commonly used practices and procedures within the landscape architecture field.
