Toll Brothers Mortgage, America's Leading Luxury Lender, seeks a Mortgage Compliance Clerk for our team at our Corporate office in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania.

 

What is the opportunity?

 

This full-time position reports to the Assistant Compliance Officer and will perform various duties to help the company adhere with all regulatory requirements.

 

What are the primary responsibilities?

 

The Compliance Assistant produces and distributes quality control reports to management for review. Specific duties include but are not limited to:

  • Generate and distribute various reports that identify mortgage loans requiring attention
  • Gather information needed for internal/external audits for management review
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner
  • Review loan system data for discrepancies and escalate issues to management
  • Perform loan system updates as needed
  • All other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Does this describe you?

  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize important tasks and complete projects on time
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office with advanced Excel experience
  • Positive and proactive work ethic

Do you have these qualifications?

  • Essential:
    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Prior position in finance, internal audit, compliance or quality control
    • Hybrid work schedule required in Ft. Washington corporate office
  • Preferred:
    • 1+ years mortgage industry experience
