Toll Brothers Apartment Living seeks an experienced Multifamily Service Technician for our luxury residential property located in Washington, DC.

 

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Preparing for occupancy
  • Repairing and maintaining rental and homeowner-owned units in a rental/sales community
  • Troubleshooting and completing minor repairs of warranty lists, service requests, and preventative maintenance in a timely and professional manner
  • Completing inspections and resolving day-to-day issues at the community
  • Inspecting all work to ensure quality of repairs
  • Handling emergency service calls (after business hours)

Qualifications

We seek a Service Technician with two or more years of experience in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance, as well as strong organizational and people skills, general knowledge of mechanical systems, and availability for on-call service.
