ESE Consultants, a Toll Brothers company, seeks a Field Land Surveyor/Party Chief for our operations in the Tampa, Florida area. Consider a new opportunity that offers exposure to all land surveying processes in residential land development projects!
What are the primary responsibilities?
- Residential Building stakeout
- Residential asbuilts (wall checks/ Location Surveys)
- Topographic surveys
- Residential Infrastructure stakeout (water, sewer, storm C&G)
- Site asbuilts
- Basic computations/cutsheets
- Boundary Surveys
- ALTA Surveys

Qualifications
Does this describe you?
- Ability to stay up to date with the ever-changing survey technology
- Comfortable working alone in isolated and remote areas
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Can excel in a physical and technically demanding position
- Basic understanding of engineering drawings
- Basic understanding of Survey specific codes and Regulations
Do you have these qualifications?
- 5+ years of related experience
- AutoCAD experience a plus
- High School Education or Equivalent
- Additional Survey specific classes a plus
- Clean driving record
