Toll Brothers Smart Home Technologies, a subsidiary of Toll Brothers, the nation’s leading builder of luxury homes, seeks a motivated Customer Service Representative for our office in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania.

 

What is the opportunity?

 

The Customer Service Representative is a customer service-oriented team player who thrives in a busy environment that involves heavy phone contact with customers

 

What are the primary responsibilities?

  • Answering customer billing inquiries, contract retention / resolution, and database file updates.
  • Creating a positive customer experience by providing a superior level of customer service.
  • Detailed accuracy in entering customer information into database.
  • All other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Does this describe you?

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Eager to learn new software systems
  • Call Center experience
  • Willingness to take on additional tasks to ensure the operational effectiveness of this expanding division

 

Do you have these qualifications?

  • Essential:
    • 1+Experience in a high call-volume environment
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel
  • Preferred:
    • Customer Service Experience
    • Experience in the alarm industry is a plus.
  • Education
    • High School Diploma or equivalent
