Toll Brothers, America's Luxury Home Builder, seeks a CAD Drafter Intern to prepare and maintain structural drawings for our residential communities. This position will be based at our Toll Integrated Systems facility in Morrisville, Pennsylvania.

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Drafting all house kit parts, such as roof trusses, floor trusses, and other items that are shipped from our manufacturing facilities.
  • All design and drafting are currently completed in a custom CAD system based on Autodesk technology
  • Review house orders and determine what design requirements are needed
  • Read and interpret architectural plans
  • Create an accurate bill of materials for roof trusses
  • Maintain existing product information
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • All other duties assigned

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Ability to use AutoCAD Software
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office
  • Experience communicating with team members
  • Ability to work overtime
