ESE Consultants, Inc (ESE) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Toll Brothers, Inc. (TBI). ESE supports TBI’s residential, commercial, apartment and city living teams with in-house surveying, planning, engineering and environmental consulting services from 19 offices covering New England to Seattle, Washington.

 

ESE Consultants, a Toll Brothers company, seeks a Survey CAD Technician for our operations in the Fort Washington, Pennsylvania area.

 

 

The Survey CAD Technician will assist with final survey mapping, subdivision creation and preparation of record plans, easement plats, exhibits, deed plotting and the preparation of legal descriptions and plot plans.

Qualifications

Proficiency in AutoCAD is required, with experience in Civil3D or Carlson Software a plus. Survey field experience in construction layout and Leica survey equipment is a plus.
