TBI Mortgage, America's Leading Luxury Lender, seeks a Senior Compliance Coordinator for our corporate office in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania.
What is the opportunity?
Monitor internal controls and procedures to ensure the company’s compliance with all federal, state and
investor requirements.
What are the primary responsibilities?
The Sr Compliance Coordinator monitors basic quality control reports to escalate and report critical issues
impacting specific mortgage regulations and/or investor purchases/suspensions. Specific duties include but are not
limited to:
- Monitors complex quality control reports to escalate and report critical issues that may cause
regulatory scrutiny and/or investor suspensions/repurchases, following agreed procedures. - Maintain inquiries from other departments regarding compliance matters such as disclosures, systemrelated issues, regulatory requirements for management to make determinations.
- Maintain NMLS/state licensing of the company and loan originators and oversee various activities: 3rd
party vendor mgmt., complaint responses, appraiser panel review. - Compile information for submission of quarterly/annual reports and certifications.
- Collects documentation of regulatory and investor audits and reports to management to respond

Qualifications
Does this describe you?
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize important tasks and complete projects on time
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic knowledge of mortgage regulations – i.e., RESPA, TILA, ECOA, HMDA, QM, TRID, etc.
Do you have these qualifications?
- Essential:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years mortgage industry experience
- 3+ years in mortgage compliance role
- Work in office 3-days per week. Additional in office days may vary per Division/Department.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Preferred:
- Prior position in internal audit or quality control
