Toll Brothers, America's leading builder of luxury homes, seeks an experienced Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team located in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania.

 

What is the opportunity?

 

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Enterprise Reporting & Data Analytics Team. In this role, you will help lead the continued evolution and adoption of the company’s enterprise business intelligence platform, delivering trusted reporting, scalable analytics solutions, and actionable insights that improve business performance across the organization.

 

What are the primary responsibilities?

  • Partner with stakeholders across Finance, Sales, Operations, Production and other business functions to understand reporting needs and deliver meaningful insights.
  • Translate business questions into analytical solutions, dashboards, and reports that support operational and strategic decision-making.
  • Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, and semantic models that provide accurate, scalable, and user-friendly analytics.
  • Manage and prioritize reporting and analytics requests while communicating timelines, status updates, and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of enterprise reporting assets and key performance metrics.
  • Automate recurring reporting and data processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
  • Collaborate with Data Engineering and Data Governance teams to support data quality standards, documentation, and reporting best practices.
  • Participate in testing, validation, troubleshooting, and user acceptance activities to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
  • Support self-service analytics initiatives and help drive enterprise adoption of business intelligence capabilities.
  • Continuously evaluate and enhance reporting solutions while exploring emerging technologies, analytics techniques and artificial intelligence.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Do you have these qualifications?

  • Essential:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Finance, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
    • 3+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, reporting, or related disciplines.
    • Experience developing reports, dashboards, and data models using Power BI or comparable BI platforms.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience working with large and complex datasets.
    • Ability to gather requirements, manage stakeholder expectations, and communicate technical concepts to business audiences and leadership.
    • Demonstrated ability to create compelling visualizations and communicate actionable insights.
    • Experience with work management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Asana, or similar platforms.
    • Ability to work in the office three days per week.
  • Preferred:
    • Experience with Power BI semantic models, DAX, Power Query, and data modeling best practices.
    • Experience with SQL and relational databases for data exploration, validation, and analysis.
    • Experience with data warehousing, ETL processes, or modern cloud data platforms.
    • Experience with Microsoft Fabric or comparable analytics technologies.
    • Familiarity with Git and Azure DevOps repositories.
    • Knowledge of Python, R, JavaScript, or other analytical programming languages.
    • Exposure to advanced analytics concepts such as AI, predictive modeling, or machine learning.
    • Experience supporting enterprise-scale reporting and self-service analytics initiatives.
