Storybook Homes, a recent Toll Brothers acquisition, seeks a Sales Manager for our office in Las Vegas, Nevada.


The Sales Manager motivates and manages the Sales, Marketing, and Escrow team to achieve sales goals by implementing creative sales strategies.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies, by balancing key performance measures, to maintain and improve the company's sales results and strive to exceed the company business plan
  • Monitor and analyze sales pipeline, business ratios, and the sales activities of each sales person
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while upholding company values by building long lasting customer relationships
  • Monitor backlog status as it relates to the customer experience
  • Manage the contract process to ensure accurate and timely contacts
  • Collaborate with other members of the leadership team in developing sales forecasts
  • Responsible for interviewing, training, and management of sales team members
  • Responsible for relationships with realtor organizations
  • Submit competitive market studies, traffic reports, and CRM reports
  • General and maintain reservation and purchase agreement documents
  • Attend all project opening and community meetings
  • Prepare annual sales forecasts and participate in the determination of market potential
  • Monitor and analyze sales traffic and sales
  • Review prospect and customer profile information

Required skills:

  • An active Nevada Real Estate license
  • A Bachelor's degree is desired but not required
  • Prior experience managing a team of employees
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to identify, analyze, and and solve problems
  • Strong organizational skills
