ESE supports TBI’s residential, commercial, apartment and city living teams with in-house surveying, planning, engineering and environmental consulting services from 19 offices covering New England to Seattle, Washington.

 

ESE Consultants, a Toll Brothers company, seeks a Regional Manager/Director of Engineering for our operations in the Raleigh, North Carolina area.

Working with a team of surveyors, planners, and engineers, the Regional Manager/Director of Engineering will be responsible for assisting with due diligence, concept development, site design, permitting, and public presentations.

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
  • PE in North Carolina
  • 15-25 years of experience in residential land development design and permitting
  • Experience in AutoCAD, experience with Civil 3D is a plus
