Toll Brothers, America's Leading Builder of Luxury Homes, seeks a Purchasing Solutions Analyst for our team located at our Corporate office in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania.

 

What is the opportunity?

This position is hybrid with 3 days required on-site per week.

 

The Purchasing Solutions Analyst is responsible for assisting with data preparation for new community setup in
EnterpriseOne (E1), providing ongoing national and divisional support and maintenance. This role applies national
guidance to facilitate consistent, enterprise-wide setup to aid with efficiency and troubleshooting and identifies
opportunities for setup to be streamlined and improved. This role also supports testing for Purchasing specific system
enhancements. The Purchasing Solutions Analyst must have strong analytical and technical skills.

 

What are the primary responsibilities?

  • Assist with EnterpriseOne itemization setup, including data preparation for Division transition to
    itemization
  • Prepare data validations, review for inconsistencies, and collaborate to implement corrections; confirm new
    setup ties out to legacy data
  • Partner with the Division teams to validate data
  • Develop knowledge of purchasing system setup to ensure accuracy of data being obtained and entered
  • Complete E1 update processes to maintain data alignment (e.g. class code scrub report, option update
    report)
  • Provide insight and recommendations on information process flow to improve Purchasing setup efficiency
  • Test Purchasing specific system enhancements from a user perspective to identify and resolve issues
    before deployment to end users

Do you have these qualifications?

  • Essential:
    • High School Diploma or equivalent combination of experience
    • 2+ years of data analysis, experience in residential Purchasing or similar
    • Experience working with databases and large sets of data
    • Strong Microsoft Office skills, specifically Excel, and aptitude to learn new software programs (e.g EnterpriseOne and BuildPro)
    • Functional working knowledge of EnterpriseOne (E1)
  • Preferred:
    • Bachelor’s degree, Associate degree or Technical Certification Experience
    • Ability to read construction drawings and understand estimating takeoffs
    • Experience with EnterpriseOne (E1) Homebuilder Sales Solution (HBSS)
    • Knowledge of EnterpriseOne (E1) orchestrations
    • Knowledge of SQL
