Toll Brothers, our nation's luxury home builder, seeks a Production Engineer for Toll Integrated Systems (TIS), our wholly-owned component manufacturing company. This position will be based in Morrisville, Pennsylvania.


Responsibilities include roof truss design, wall panel design, and drafting of all other house kit parts (trim, loose lumber, etc) which are shipped from our manufacturing facilities. All design and drafting are currently completed in a custom CAD system based on Autodesk technology.



  • Review house orders and determine what design requirements are needed
  • Read and interpret architectural plans
  • Draw houses in design engineering software
  • Create accurate bill of materials for wall panel and trusses
  • Maintain existing product information
  • Cooperate with Material Estimators to supply additional material that cannot be panelized or trussed

Strong computer skills are required, as are strong verbal and written communication skills for daily interaction with our sister architecture firm (Toll Architecture) and the construction sites. Knowledge of general construction and experience in a high-production lean manufacturing environment are pluses!
