Toll Brothers, America's Luxury Home Builder, seeks a CAD Drafter to prepare and maintain structural drawings for our residential communities. This position will be based at our Toll Integrated Systems facility in Morrisville, Pennsylvania.
What is the opportunity?
Responsibilities include drafting of all house kit parts, such as roof trusses, floor trusses, house panels, and other items which are shipped from our manufacturing facilities. All design and drafting are currently completed in a custom CAD system based on Autodesk technology.
What are the primary responsibilities?
- Review house orders & determine what design requirements are needed
- Read & interpret architectural plans
- Draw houses in design engineering software
- Create accurate bill of materials for wall panels & trusses
- Maintain existing product information
- Cooperate with Material Estimates to supply additional material that cannot be panelized or trussed
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- All other duties as assigned

Qualifications
Does this describe you?
- Ability to use AutoCAD & REVIT Software
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office products (Excel, Work & Outlook)
- Experience communicating with team members
- Ability to work overtime
Do you have these qualifications?
- Essential:
- Truss &/or wall panel design certification on any Design for manufacturing software
- Preferred:
- Associate degree or equivalent vocational or technical certification
- Experience in production engineering preferred
