Toll Brothers, America's leading luxury home builder, seeks a Principal Experience Designer (XD) to join our team.

 

What is the opportunity?

The Principal Experience Designer (XD) plays a critical role in elevating Toll Brothers digital experiences. You will provide holistic solutions through a true full-stack end-to-end approach from ideation through interaction. You will craft strategic digital experiences by focusing on visual direction, usability, and user experience. You’re instrumental in pushing usability and consistency across all solutions with an active role in promoting, evangelizing, and evolving our design system. Toll Brothers is a luxury brand, and you will create digital solutions that are synonymous with a luxury experience. 

What are the primary responsibilities?

  • Provide art direction for interaction/design patterns to live across the range of our digital experiences
  • Maintain and evolve the Toll Brothers design system
  • Collaborate with our development team to fully execute ideas
  • Take a lead role in communicating with all project stakeholders-content, development, marketing managers, etc.
  • Present new creative to leadership and key stakeholders
  • Own and champion projects from start to finish (ideation, design, presentation, interaction, build/release)
  • Collaborate with other art directors to solve strategic challenges through our digital experiences
  • Take a lead role in maintaining and elevating our digital experiences with a desire for constant improvement and a focus on pushing to digital
  • Evangelize experience design throughout the company

Do you have these qualifications?

  • 5+ years’ experience directing interactive teams within an in-house design team or agency environment
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your up-to-date creative work
