Toll Brothers, America's Leading Luxury Home Builder, seeks an Operations Coordinator for our division located in Englewood, Colorado.

 

What is the opportunity?

 

The Operations Coordinator provides high level support to the Community Planning, Production and Quality and/or Land Acquisition Teams within the Division through the performance of a variety of tasks related to organization, communication and administration to ensure the efficient and professional operation of the Division.

 

What are the primary responsibilities?

  • Assist with coordination of new community start-up.
    • Review of model home drawing and spec packages for completeness and implementation of revisions
    • Coordination and review of model home construction vendor proposals
    • Assist with populating model home agreement of sale exhibits; and ensure model home documentation receives proper approvals
    • Provide Assistant with review and coordination of all municipal plan check any city approvals including drop off/pick up at city and coordination between all parties. Included cross-checking all submittals for accuracy an completion prior to submittal
  • Coordinate with local utilities and corporate IT to set up phone/ data service and office equipment
  • Assist with coordination of new (or existing) plans, elevations, and option offerings.
    • Assist with implementation of the company’s product optimization vision
    • Provide assistance with new plan creation through the review of architectural construction documents for completeness against internal and external measures
    • Ensure timely completion of existing architectural changes including coordination with purchasing, permitting, and marketing

Qualifications

Does this describe you?

  • Knowledge of major activities associated with residential real estate development
  • Able to plan and prioritize while focusing on detail orientation and effective time management.
  • When speaking and writing, uses appropriate grammar, organizes ideas clearly, and articulates ideas concisely.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Able to work with employees among multiple departments.

Do you have these qualifications?

  • Essential
    • High school diploma
    • Proficient with MS Office
  • Preferred:
    • Associate or Bachelor’s Degree
    • 1 - 3 years of experience in residential construction

 

The salary for this position is $16.35-$26.44 per hour.
