Toll Brothers Mortgage, America's Leading Luxury Lender, seeks a Mortgage Marketing & Training Coordinator to join our team at our Corporate office located in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania.
What is the opportunity?
Coordinate the gathering, design/organization, scheduling, evaluation, and reporting of all Training Initiatives and Marketing Correspondence.
What are the primary responsibilities?
- Manage marketing requests from the Business Development Mangers advertising new initiatives, marketing campaigns being used to solicit Toll buyers to apply with TBI mortgage.
- Serves as a learning management system administrator by creating and managing mortgage training courses in the system, uploading 3rd party SCORM files, troubleshooting user issues, and managing completion reports for compliance and audits.
- Coordinate with compliance dept on vendor acceptability and capability for online classes to meet requirements and advance skillset of employees.
- Provide support to the team in updating any applicable learning tools and potentially creating new instructional tools, eLearnings or curriculum as needed.
- Work with Training Manager and Mortgage Trainer to determine classroom scheduling, business needs, prioritization, and escalate matters requiring attention to the Training department
- Design quarterly Town Hall presentations, given by the president, by coordinating with all departments to gain updated metrics and topics to address.
- Facilitate classes as needed

Do you have these qualifications?
- Essential:
- Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience
- 2+ years of demonstrated experience in creating, revising, delivering training content
- 2+ years mortgage industry experience
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Preferred:
- Professional certification in Instructional Design
- 3+ years administration experience in learning management systems
