 Toll Brothers Mortgage, America's Leading Luxury Lender, seeks a Mortgage Compliance Administrative Assistant. As a Compliance Assistant, you will help Toll Brothers Mortgage adhere to federal and state regulatory requirements.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Obtain and update data from multiple sources to ensure the accuracy of system information
  • Communicate with company personnel regarding completion of required procedures
  • Assist with preparation of audit responses to internal and external entities
  • Compile and distribute miscellaneous reports to management 
  • Complete other time sensitive duties as needed

Qualifications

Prior mortgage or audit experience is preferred but not required. Must be detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and be able to work independently. Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel is required.
