Toll Brothers Apartment Living (TBAL), a subsidiary of Toll Brothers, America's leading builder of luxury homes, seeks an organized Marketing Specialist in Washington, D.C. Help support the implementation of exciting marketing strategies and grow with us!


In this highly visible role, the Marketing Specialist, reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, helps support the marketing initiatives and tactics of the division and for a growing portfolio of properties. The Marketing Specialist is a critical member of the marketing team that helps manage and execute marketing budgets, timelines and strategic campaigns for luxury apartments nationally.


Our ideal candidate will bring fresh ideas, thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and possess strong organizational, project management and interpersonal communication skills, with a meticulous eye for detail. The candidate will be a self-starter - able to work both independently and as part of a team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Property Marketing
    • Manage accounts payable process for property marketing team.
    • Manage electronic campaign programs on existing platform.
    • Manage marketing collateral orders for all properties.
    • Support coordination of media contracts, manage media schedules/budgets, and research new ad opportunities for TBAL portfolio of properties.
    • Develop, execute, and support monthly marketing campaigns and events for onsite teams.
    • Assist in developing new and innovative marketing strategies through digital and print platforms.
  • Division Marketing
    • Manage accounts payable process for division marketings.
    • Assist in maintaining TBAL brand standards in all internal and external division communication.
  • Data Analysis
    • Monitor marketing campaign effectiveness through data analysis using Google Analytics, lead management tools and property management software.
    • Review ILS and PPC campaign data to ensure maximum ROI.

We seek a positive and energetic multi-tasker with a minimum of three years of marketing experience, a four-year degree in marketing, or a related field, solid verbal and written communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Candidates should have experience in marketing, media relations, and social media. Marketing experience in the rental multifamily setting is also preferred.


Candidates must be willing to travel occasionally from their home-base in Washington, D.C., to our portfolio of properties nationally and corporate headquarters in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania.
