ESE Consultants is seeking a Landscape Architect / Land Planner to join our team in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania.
The Land Planner will work with the Toll Brothers team in preparing predevelopment land planning studies, community yield estimate plans, final layout plans, entry feature design, landscape planting plans, and hardscape plans for common areas, parks, and recreations facilities. Coordination with other consultants and operations is a significant part of this position.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited Landscape Architecture program and 2-5 years of progressive land planning experience. The ability to operate in multiple design modes, including: graphic design, ordinance review, site layout, and detailed design are critical skills for this position.
The candidate should be capable of working efficiently on a variety of tasks and have a thorough understanding of CADD, Photoshop, and Sketchup. Experience with Lumion is a plus.
