Westminster Title Company, a Toll Brothers company, seeks a Junior Escrow Officer for our operations in Las Vegas, Nevada.
What is the opportunity?
This position is on-site 5 days per week.
Jr. Escrow Officers assist Sr. Escrow Officers/ Escrow Officers in the Branch to facilitate closing processes which include: coordination and communication between all parties to the transaction, obtain and/or prepare closing documents necessary to effectuate settlement, prepare the closing statement (CD/HUD), lender, seller and/or purchaser documents as necessary and allowed by local, state, and federal law under supervision of senior escrow staff.
What are the primary responsibilities?
- Communication and coordination with branch escrow officers
- Preparation of Closing documents
- Disbursement and post-closing of files
- Conduct closing as allowed by local, state, and federal law

Qualifications

- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Ability to follow established guidelines, policies and procedures
- Detail oriented, strong time management skills, works well in a team setting
Do you have these qualifications?
- At least 1 to 3 years of work-related experience
- Ability to obtain a Nevada Escrow or Title license
- Ability to obtain Notary Public Commission
