Toll Brothers, America's leading luxury home builder, seeks an Internal Audit Coordinator to join our team at our Corporate office in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania.
What is the opportunity?
The Internal Audit Coordinator provides coordination and administrative support to the Chief Audit Officer
and their department.
What are the primary responsibilities?
Data Maintenance: Gathering information from various company application and maintaining data in Resolver GRC
Cloud (Internal Audit Application). This involves exporting data to Excel and importing data into Resolver.
Audit Preparation Assistance: Gathering information from various company applications in support of the
preparation of upcoming audits.
Audit Reporting: Facilitate the communication of audit results, gather information on all audits and compile audit
results by auditor.
Certification Management: Coordinate the quarterly process of obtaining certifications from company manager
using DocuSign.
Committee Meeting Preparation: Gather information to support Board Committee meetings using the Diligent board
portal, Adobe and hard copy books.
Department Administration: Perform a range of administrative duties such as receiving and directing incoming calls
in a professional and courteous manner, managing calendar, scheduling appointments, managing conference room
scheduling and ordering of office supplies.

Qualifications

- Communication skills: Expert level speaking and writing skills, uses appropriate grammar, organizes ideas
clearly and articulates ideas concisely. - Organization: Able to provide assistance, information, and support to others as needed.
- Advance knowledge of Microsoft Office programs such as Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Do you have these qualifications?
- Essential:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 5 years of relevant experience
- Expertise in multi-tasking, organizing, and prioritizing
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail oriented with ability to work independently and prioritize workload
- Computer proficiency
- Open and willing to learn new skills
- Work in office 3-days per week. Additional in office days may vary per Division/Department
