Toll Architecture, a national award-winning Toll Brothers company, is expanding and seeks a Division Architect to join our office in Atlanta, Georgia.
America's premier luxury homebuilder is seeking a highly motivated Architect with a Developer's mindset and desire to engage in all facets of the home building process. Elevate your professional career by overseeing the implementation of first class Architecture both in the workplace and out on the job site.
- Delivering a supreme level of service to the local Operations team
- Collaborating with Land Development, Purchasing, Construction, and Marketing teams
- Confidently manage field issues, lot changes, and convey modifications to the design and production teams
- Retain and enforce Toll standards, best practices, and construction material requirements across various third-party architectural firms
- Collaborate with Operations team to obtain architectural permits/approvals as needed
- Interface and obtain approvals from senior management as needed.

We seek an Architectural professional with:
- 3-5 years of experience in a fast-paced residential construction setting
- Must have experience with complex Multi-Family/High-Density drawings
- Registered Architect preferred by not required
- Knowledge of all aspects of construction trades
