Toll Brothers, America's leading builder of luxury homes seeks a Community Associations Regional Director to join our team in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania.

What is the opportunity?


Each of our fantastic luxury homes is within a community association. Like our homes, we take great pride in our Community Associations. We have cultivated a dynamic team of community association professionals to support them, which is unparalleled in the home building industry.  This role works directly with our Division leadership teams to provide guidance and support the initial planning, oversight and successful transition of community associations.


What are the primary responsibilities?

  • Provides leadership, training and guidance to Division-level Community Development Directors, Managers and Coordinators
  • Strategizes with various Toll Operations personnel regarding community association challenges, concerns and issues
  • Reviews community association budgets and develops deficit funding projections and updates
  • Delivers (or assists in delivery of) effective training programs for internal clients, with a strategic goal of covering each division every 24 months.
  • Networks within the community association industry to keep abreast of industry changes, forge strategically important outside relationships and indirectly promote the Toll brand.
  • Provides leadership in community association governance (i.e., Board service) on a limited basis, as necessary
  • This role may be a people leader with managerial responsibilities. Travel is required
  • All other duties as assigned

Do you have these qualifications?

  • Essential:
    • CMCA credential or short-term commitment to obtain same
    • 10 plus years’ experience in community association management
  • Preferred:
    • AMS credential
    • PCAM credential
    • Bachelor’s degree
