ESE supports TBI’s residential, commercial, apartment and city living teams with in-house surveying, planning, engineering and environmental consulting services from 19 offices covering New England to Seattle, Washington.
ESE Consultants, a Toll Brothers company, seeks a Civil Engineer for our Raleigh, North Carolina office.
Working with an internal team of surveyors, planners, and engineers, the Civil Engineer will be responsible for assisting with grading, roadway design, stormwarter management, storm drain design, water and sewer design, sediment and erosion control plans, and applications and permits.

Qualifications
- 5-15 years of experience in civil engineering/land development
- Proficiency in AutoCAD required
- Experience with Autocad Civil 3D a plus
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering and a PE is a plus
- Familiarity with subdivision design and permitting
