Toll Brothers, America's Leading Luxury Home Builder, seeks an Assistant Purchasing Manager for our Toll Integrated Systems facility located in Morrisville, Pennsylvania.


The Assistant Purchasing Manager is responsible for supporting the improvement of cost control and negotiating the price paid for materials and installation labor. In this capacity, the individual will work closely with national and regional suppliers, local subcontractors, and distributors to continuously find opportunities for negotiating costs throughout the supply chain.

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or Supply Chain is a plus
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in negotiating pricing of building materials or some experience in the residential building sector
  • Experience with JD Edwards ERP software is a plus
  • Knowledge of Energy Star requirements, Green Building concepts, and sustainability is a plus
  • Capable of forward thinking to the benefit of the organization with the ability to analyze information to identify discrepancies and inconsistencies
  • Ability to manage individuals and groups
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan and prioritize while focusing on detail orientation and effective time management
