I was offered the opportunity to join the Toll team in the Maryland Division after an 8-year hiatus from the homebuilding business. I knew that the multi-faceted nature of Toll Brothers Project Management position offered the challenges and growth potential I was looking for.

As I began learning the intricacies of Toll’s systems, I can honestly say that I was delighted by the enthusiastic assistance that I was given from the Corporate office, Toll Integrated Systems, or from the people at the Division level. As a Project Manager with Toll Brothers, enjoying multi-tasking is essential; your challenge of the moment may be sales, marketing, production issues, taking time to listen to a customer’s concerns or simply the need to meet a very tight deadline.

I am now a Vice President in the Northern California division and responsible for the growth of our new sub-market in San Jose. I continue to look forward to each day’s challenges and opportunities. One of my goals is to provide to my team the same enthusiastic support given to me as we strive toward growth and success in this new market.

I began my career with Toll Brothers over three and a half years ago as an Assistant Project Manager in Training. During this timeframe our company has grown at an extremely fast pace. Our revenues for the current fiscal year are expected to exceed twice what our revenues were just three years ago. The growth we've experienced has created a world of exciting opportunities. Our company's future is even more promising as we look to expand into new markets and grow the markets in which we currently build.

My experience at Toll Brothers has been very special. In the last three years I have held various positions including Assistant Project Manager, Project Manager, Sr. Project Manager and Assistant Vice President. I credit my success to our company's emphasis on proper training and mentorship. The 'Assistant Project Manager in Training' program is unique to the industry in that it allows exposure to all aspects of homebuilding and it provides a mentor to every program participant. Furthermore, it allows for direct contact with senior management to make sure that your development is headed in the right direction.

I can honestly say that I've enjoyed every day I've worked for Toll Brothers. While many days have been full of challenges, they have all provided very valuable learning experiences. It has been a pleasure to work with a diverse group of friendly and team oriented people.
