Toll Brothers Commercial is the group within Toll Brothers, Inc. (Toll) that handles the commercial real estate development of Toll commercial land as well as the assets of Toll Brothers Realty Trust – a joint venture investment between Toll and the Pennsylvania State Employees Retirement System (PaSERS)
The commercial group is involved in the acquisition, development, construction, management and eventual sale of luxury apartments, retail shopping centers and suburban office properties in or near Toll communities throughout the United States. This group currently controls development sites for approximately 3.5 million square feet of office space and 1.3 million square feet of retail.
In addition to developing the commercial components of land currently owned, the commercial group opportunistically acquires and develops other commercial land or operating properties in Toll Brothers’ markets.
